The cards used several techniques I like doing that alot because I get to learn new stuff.
The first card used masking, embossing, and sponging. It's Very quick card to make despite all the techniques used on it. We used Glossy White paper and stamped the Tree from SU "House of Haunts"with versa mark and heat embossed with black. We punched a 3/4 circle from a PostIt note close to the sticky strip so both pieces have adhesive on them. we sponge the circle moon in Yoyo Yellow. We used sponge daubers and Kiki Kiss, Tangerine Tango, Perfect Plum and Pacific Point after masking the Moon with the part of the circle that is punched out. After removing the moon if there is still yellow on the card use your original mask to fill in over any white with the yellow. The Perfect plum is rolled with the SU "Haunting"wheel. and matted with black and then a piece of Kiwi Kiss punched with word window cut it in half and use the halfs opposite ends of the strip and then use a Black brad after punching the hole with your paper piercer. The
Tangerine Tango piece of card stock with the SU"Sanded" backgrounder then stamp "Happy Halloween" sentiment with Basic Black. The tree image is mounted on dimesionals over the strip of purple.
The second card is made with the same stamp set the house image being stamped on Watercolor paper in Basic Gray ink. We used Yoyo Yellow and Pumpking Pie markers to color the windows and moon. after coloring spray with water and let the colors run a bit. Mat with Tangerine Tango and then use the picture hanger of antique brass hardware. and tie with a piece of avacado , black and Tangerine Tango grograin ribbon mount on dimesionals over the "Ghostly Greetings" DP.
Until Later...Happy Stamping!
I love these! The different techniques are great individually, but really WOW together! I adore this set too! SO fun!
