Every once in a while it is nice to help someone out with the skills I have; so this week I helped out a friend by making some wedding invites for her son and his fiance. They moved their date up by a few months and have not had the opportunity to get enough money together. My firend asked if I could help out. I used Photoshop amd a free brush set I downloaded called DecorativeFloral Brushes:by Pixels and Ice Cream: I get the brushes and other decorative features for using in Photoshop at Brusheezy, and Fonts at Dafont...English was used for these announcements. I love having a computer and a nice printer when a friend needs something with a quick turn around. I also used my stash to punch all the Scalloped ovals. Using up scraps from the wedding invites I made last year for my DD is areal bonus. I dont know if I have any scraps of CC left...:) which hasnt been the case in over a year. I used SU Punches, CB Swiss Dots Embosiing folder and RGB codes for Certainly Celery and Mambo Melon. The lime ribbon is an inexpesive Offray satin .50 cents a roll with an Organza Strawberry ribbon 2.89 for 25 yards on sale. SU Certainly Celery was used to mat the image.. The Postacrds and Registration cards were designed using an image designed in photoshop from the same floral brush set and English font. The return address is printed on the reverse to help cut down mailing cost for the RSVPs. I'ld like to say these were fun to make but when you make 200 of something a little bit of the fun wears off, but it was fun to come up with a design and produce the first few!
Until Later... Happy Stamping!
